I founded Virago Consulting, after spending years honing my craft as a leader dedicated to empowering teams & individuals. My journey as a leader wasn’t perfect, but my focus was unwavering: advocating for my team, challenging them to reach their potential & creating opportunities for growth.

Rachael A. Pinckney Founder & Principal Consultant

Rachael's passion is to be of service to others. She is drawn to training, coaching, facilitation & people development and thrives on creating solutions for complex business issues and leadership challenges. Rachael has more than 19 years of corporate experience in varied sectors and is a Qualified Administrator for IDI - Intercultural Development Inventory. She is currently working on her M.S. in Business Psychology at Franklin University which allows her to incorporate neuroscience into her training and coaching.
